Job title: Inbound PPI Customer Service Advisor
Pay: £80 per day

Hours of work: Full time flexible (9-5 Monday - Friday during training)

As an Inbound PPI Customer Service Advisor in Newcastle, you will take calls from Santander customers relating to PPI Claims. Providing a service that is simple, personal and fair you will be an ambassador for Santander Operations, working alongside your team members to provide an exceptional level of service, assist customers with their queries and offer solutions.
