Inbound & Outbound Telesales Advisor

Job Description:

As a Sales Advisor you will be reporting directly into the Training Sales Manager and be responsible for growing revenue for the business. Monitoring sales activity, being the first point of contact for all inbound training enquires, Converting leads into sales and being proactive in following up leads. You should have experience of telephone sales and have fantastic customer service skills. You should be driven, confident and an excellent communication. You must also have excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to question, build rapport, fact find and influence decision makers. A resilient nature is also essential, as it the ability to bounce back, keeping a focus on the positive

·Attending to inbound and outbound calls and closing sales opportunities

·Ensuring maximum conversion rates and optimum sales opportunities are met.

·Maintaining up to date product knowledge, in order to offer the full range of features and benefits to customers.

·Building relationships and rapport with customers, resulting in increased trust in the company and its products.

Location: Romford

Working Hours: 09.00 - 18.00 daily Monday to Friday

Salary: Excellent basic + Uncapped Commission

Full time Permanent: 40 Hours
