Mobile Customer Service Advisors

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors for our Client, based in the heart of Birkenhead

Duties Include;

  • Answer calls both incoming and making outbound calls when required
  • Handle customer enquiries both by telephone and by email
  • Back office administration
  • Account administration on contracts
  • Basic fault-finding skills
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Resolving billing issues
  • Taking calls regarding account suspension
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

Full time position 40 hours per week

Hours Monday to Sunday between 07.30am & 10pm

£7.83 p/h + Attendance & Quality Bonus
