Inbound Customer Service Role

Temp to perm opportunity

I am currently recruiting for a busy call centre team based in Brentford. They are seeking a customer focused and target driven individual to join their team.

Do you have excellent customer service skills?

Do you have experience within a telephone customer service role?

If so, this is the perfect role for you, where you will be given the required training to excel and progress.

Responsibilities:

- Handling inbound calls from potential clients and arranging appointments for a field based Consultant to visit their home.

- To realise the full potential of each telephone lead enquiry by:

Adapting your approach to different lead sources and different types of clients
Following up calls within expected time frames and organising call backs at appropriate times
Organising lead and diary information efficiently and effectively and maintaining accurate records.

- To represent the company professionally and explain our service including basic legal concepts in a clear and eloquent manner.

For each appointment organised, you will be given commission and have the opportunity of earning £3,000 - £7,000 in commission.

Ideal Candidate:

MUST have excellent telephone manner
Ability to meet targets
Attention to detail
Relevant computer skills

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5pm
