I am actively recruiting for a world renown banking organisation located close to Manchester City centre. The role involves you working in a luxury call centre environment dealing with inbound calls from existing customers handling general queries surrounding their telephone banking enquiries.

The ideal Inbound Customer Advisor:

Working for my client, they offer call centre advisors fantastic opportunities to progress and really work their way up within this multi international organisation easily within 6-12 months. 80% of the senior roles have come from being a call centre advisor.

Inbound Customer Advisor working hours: Fully flexible Monday-Sunday

Inbound Customer Advisor salary: £17,631 + Monthly bonus (£20-£23k OTE)
(This role has no sales involved what so ever and bonuses are based on quality of work).
