Inbound Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a global organisation, specialising in customer service. We are looking for candidates of all backgrounds such as care work, retail, hospitality and customer service. The position is a full time, permanent customer service advisor working on a two week rotational shift pattern.

  • Dealing with customer questions and queries

  • Handling customer complaints
