£16k basic salary + bonus

What is the role?

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to work on one of our high profile campaigns and be a part of our continued success and growth.You will be required to have great conversations with existing customers and prospective customers, build rapport and gain an understanding of the customer's needs and lifestyle. By engaging in conversation you will use your influencing and exceptional product knowledge to provide a suitable tailored solution to ensure customer sales

As an Inbound Customer Advisor what skills will you need?

Confidence with great communication skills, and the ability to build rapport and engage with customers, target motivated resilient with the ability to handle objections ensuring you find the right solution to meet your customers' needs to be able to persuade and retain customers in order to keep their custom. A passion for keeping up to date with all of our products, services and promotions, and those of our competitors.
