Inbound Customer Service - Temp to Perm - £8.75

Pay: £8.75
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours between 8am & 6pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays, with a day off in the week.

One of the UK's largest financial institutions is currently seeking enthusiastic candidate to join its customer service team.

If you are customer-focused with the right attitude to learn and develop - this temp-to-perm opportunity could be perfect for you!

This role pays £8.75 per hour and is a 1 year contract, with permanent opportunities, excellent benefits such as gym access, charity involvement, an excellent canteen, free onsite parking, onsite hairdressers.

Speaking to customers on the telephone requires an exceptional level of service, as you will be helping them to manage their finances. You will be required to ensure that every customer interaction has a positive outcome!

The ideal candidate will have;

- Confidence and a good telephone manner
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment and sometimes under pressure
- A friendly and approachable quality
- Customer service experience, such as retail, call centres, hospitality, caring, etc.

Due to the nature of the industry, the client will be required to do financial credit checks and criminality checks.

The client will be looking to interview ASAP - so availability is key.
