We are looking for customer focused individuals to join a leading brand in the world of accident claims management services.
You’ll be joining a supportive team in a busy, fast paced environment. You’ll be speaking to customers who are calling in to report a motor accident, reassuring them and asking identifying questions to establish which party was at fault so you can then advise the insurer. Where appropriate, you’re also required to upsell hire cars, however, you manage your own sales targets so you’ll never be asked to achieve unrealistically.
Although it would be a bonus, you don’t need previous experience within the insurance sector as you’ll be provided with a comprehensive training programme. As long as you have a strong background in customer service and ideally some sales experience then we’d love to hear from you!
Your starting salary ranges from £15,311 to £17,250 per annum depending on experience. On target earnings for achieving sales targets is usually around £21,000 per annum.
Shift patterns operate on a 5/7 day rotational basis. You’ll work between Monday to Friday 7am - 9.30pm and occasional weekends from 8am - 8.30pm with rota days off during the week for working a weekend.
These roles are full time and permanent.
