Inbound only - Office Hours - No Sales - Customer Service
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm and 9am-5.30pm
Location: Sheffield S10
Pay: £7.83 per hour
Basis: Full time - 37.5 hours a week
Start date: Monday 21st May
A large utilities company are looking to recruit a new inbound customer services team in the Sheffield area.
Due to recent demand they have decided to employ a further 100 people to take calls from customers which will drastically reduce customer waiting times and give a higher level of customer services to their valued customers. Mainly the calls will be billing enquiries, maybe people settling their account following a house move or people who need talking through their billing, after all, sometimes the tariffs can be a little confusing.
No sales are involved - this is a purely inbound, customer service positon.
The key to the role is delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and making sure that, to the best of your ability, you have the customers leaving the call felling valued and happy that their problem has been resolved satisfactorily. You will receive an initial full 3 weeks training on their systems and products before you start to take calls and then you will receive side by side coaching on an ongoing basis to help you build your knowledge even further.
