We’re looking for a confident individual with a professional telephone manner to join a team who pride themselves on providing Customer Service with excellence.

You’ll be required to have great conversations with existing customers and prospective customers, build rapport and gain an understanding of the customer's needs and lifestyle. By engaging in conversation, you’ll use your knowledge to provide a suitable tailored solution for the customer and ensure excellent customer service is delivered.
As an inbound Customer Advisor what skills will you need?
- Have a genuine passion to deliver excellent customer service
- Genuine passion to progress within the customer service sector.
- Confidence with great communication skills
- The ability to build rapport and engage with customers.
- Administration skills
Full training is provided - experience is ideal but not essential.
