Inbound Customer Service / Collections Agent - Bolton

START DATES: 22nd January 2018

Hours -35 per week - flexible between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am - 4pm on a Saturday.

We are looking for strong, resilient customer service advisors to join our busy team in Bolton.

You'll enjoy working at our professional contact centre where helping people is always number one. The benefits are great too, with a starting salary of up to £17,167 rising to £18,200 after successfully completing 6 months probation.

Your role will be to talk with customers who are having difficulty paying their bills. Acting as a retentions and collections advisor you will be talking to customers over the telephone and setting up and maintaining affordable repayments plans for them by understanding their individual circumstances and agreeing on the best course of action.

You will also help customers by handling queries as well as carrying out regular reviews to make sure their payment arrangements are still suitable.


Our rapidly growing organisation is keen to bolster our team with experienced customer service experts. You don't necessarily have to have worked in a call centre before and if you have relevant customer service experience gained in another environment then you'll be a great addition to our team.
