Customer Services Clerk
Our client a well renowned contact centre based in North London is looking for Full time enthusiastic, professional customer service clerks to work in a fast paced and buzzing environment.
Salary £21-24K including OTE with bonus.
The opportunity is an inbound customer service and care handling role.
It involves engaging with high end customers across a variety of campaigns and dealing with resolving queries, providing accurate information and ensure customer care and satisfaction.
The role would be a great fit for candidates who can display sound customer service skills within a recent contact centre campaign and has great grammar and articulation to accompany it.
The role is diverse and varied within a sociable yet professional environment. You will form part of a successful team and receive excellent training and career progression. Furthermore you will gain experience form to a variety of data systems and administrative tasks.

Salary review after 3 month's probation.
2nd Salary review after 6 months with bonuses available immediately
3rd Salary review after 12 months.

Candidates must have:
Recent call centre experience minimum 1 year, within a customer service campaign
Experience in taking inbound calls,
Professional telephone manor, great vocabulary and articulation
Strong customer service background,
Excellent time keeping skills.
Candidates must be able to work
Flexible to work 5 shifts a week ( 40hrs). Shift patterns anywhere between 7am - 10pm Mon - Fri , 8am - 10pm Saturday's, 9am -7pm Sundays.
Able to speak fluent English,
Be Friendly, Reliable and professional
Must be dressed smart office casual attire
Able to work independently as well as within a team.
Your commencement hourly rate will be £9.15 (inclusive of holiday pay) making your weekly gross salary £366 plus bonus
