Inbound Customer Service Advisors

HRGO Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a number of Customer Service Advisors based in the Washington area on behalf of our award winning client to start Monday, 24th June 2019.

This is a temp to perm role and could potentially lead to a permanent contract for the right candidates, dealing with high volume inbound calls, emails and complex queries for a major Energy Supplier.

Agent Candidate Profile:-

  • Ability to demonstrate empathy with the customer

  • Dealing with both inbound calls and high volume e-mail based customer related queries and determining the best resolution

  • Responding to customer enquiries and complaints by phone, email and letter

  • Excellent Technical knowledge with the ability of using various systems

  • An ability to build rapport with the customer

  • An understanding of social media to help keep abreast of clients' products

  • Must possess an excellent telephone manner

  • A team player who proactively shares knowledge, expertise and ideas

  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times

YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITHIN THE UTILITY SECTOR.

Terms of Contract:-

  • £8.32 per hour

  • Temp to Perm role for the right candidate

  • Over-time available

  • Working Hours are based on a 40 hour week contracted between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday and you will also be expected to work 1 in every 2 weekends.

You must be an excellent communicator both written and verbal, be confident and have a sound background in customer service or administration.
