Inbound Customer Service Advisers required for a city centre company

We require 10 Customer Service Advisers for permanent roles to start either at the end of April or May.

The Role - Inbound Customer Service Advisers

  • Taking inbound calls speaking to new and existing customers
  • Managing customer accounts, queries and adjustments
  • Advising on policies and renewals
  • The shifts are 8am-8pm comprising of 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12 -8 pm (working 37.5 hours per week)
  • Some weekends are required so candidates must be flexible although you will be on a set shift rota for a set period of time
