Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a world renowned tele-communications provider who are looking to recruit a confident, motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their existing team in Leeds (LS11).
Employment Type: Full-time - Permanent
Working Hours: FIXED SHIFTS - 37.5 hours per week, working across five days. Monday-Friday 0800-2100, Saturday 0800-1800, Sunday 0900-1700.
The company is open on Bank Holidays as standard; however, these dates will be given back in lieu.
£8.83 per hour.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the company, responsible for engaging with customers, dealing with various queries & orders, ensuring that the customer is dealt with in a professional manner whilst promoting a positive experience.
Our client is looking for a confident communicator who is able to work to quality-based targets within a fast-paced call-centre environment.
