Joining our team as an Inbound Customer Service Advisor you willoffer a personal and professional service to our members to resolve a number of different service and technical support queries across several channels in relation to their healthcare benefits.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week on a shift pattern basis. Our office opening hours are 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays from 9am – 1pm.

Requirements of ourInbound Customer Service Advisor include:

- Helping our Vitality members understand how they can improve their health

- Making it cheaper for our Vitality members to get healthy

- Explaining how they can receive rewards to keep them motivated

Skills required to become our Inbound Customer Service Advisor include:

- Outstanding technical knowledge

- Determination to resolve all manner of queries in a timely and effective manner
