Inbound customer service Advisor
Our Client is looking for an inbound customer service advisor to join the team. You will be working on behalf of a telecoms giant, taking calls from their customers and helping them with any questions and queries. You will always have your sales radar switched on too for any potential up sells and cross sells. All the required training on the products is all given when you first start.
The ideal candidate will have 6- 12 months office/customer service experience.
They will be great at problem solving making sure that every customer leaves on a happy note.
It goes without saying but IT skills are a necessity.
Salary: £16,515 per annum
Working hours: mon-sun
You will work shifts between these times 7am - 11pm
