Our client a well-established family run business are looking to recruit an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team.
As part of the role you will be expected to liaise with customers, this is a strong customer focused role and therefore excellent communication and interpersonal skill are required.
The role will involve
- Handling high volume of inbound calls
- Dealing with customer queries
- Replying to high volume of customer emails
- Data entry
- Ensure that all calls monitored are on target
The suitable candidate must be able to work in a demanding, fast paced environment and have previous customer service experience.
