Inbound Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service Only!!

We are looking for a number of individuals to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast environment working for an Insurance company. To be successful in this role you will be required to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

Duties to include:

· Deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a smooth customer journey

· Receiving inbound calls from new and existing customers about new policies or any amendments that are required

· Demonstrate a positive and responsive attitude to all calls from customers

· All calls are Inbound

· Reading policy scripts to customers in order to remain compliant

· There are no targets with this role, just great customer service is required!

Required by you:

· Proven high level of customer service experience

· Confident communication skills

· IT literate and competent using in house systems

· All candidates must pass a credit check & CRB, No Dismissals

£8.45 per hour

Work patterns will be based on an 8 week rota which means working a variation of weekdays 8am-8pm, Saturday 8am-5pm and Sunday 10-4pm. This role will offer 35-40 hours per week
