Hours: 40 hours a week
Salary: £16,500 PLUS monthly bonus (OTE £18,300)

We are looking customer focused and progression hungry individuals to come forward regarding this Inbound Customer Service Advisor role based in Bredbury, Stockport.

The role will involve existing customers ringing up with any issues and enquires. You will be the first point of contact for the customer so it is essential that you build rapport and provide excellent customer service for each and every call. There would be an element of technical support involved in the role but don't worry we offer 3 weeks training, fully paid.

This role offers genuine progression opportunities with 93% of our managers starting at advisor level. As well we have free car parking on site for all of our employees. We offer up to £150 a month in bonus which is based on your customer satisfaction rate.

You must be fully flexible between the hours of 7am - 11pm as you will be working on a rota.

We are looking for:
* At least 6 - 12 months customer service experience
* Enthusiastic people who are excited by new challenges
