Inbound Customer Service Advisor - Derry/Londonderry call centre

We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic people to join this major telecommunication brand's busy, vibrant call centre team. As an EE Customer Service Advisor you will be taking inbound calls from our customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers so asking effective questions and using your customer service skills will be a must to diagnose and resolve the customer's queries first time. You will need to closely monitor and promptly action any high risk accounts and raise incidents to the third line support.
This is a permanent position with genuine progression opportunities. You will be paid £7.50 an hour PLUS up to £300 bonus a month!
We're looking for:
* At least 6 months customer service experience. Call centre experience is desirable but not essential
* Good listening, interpersonal and communication skills
* Computer literacy
* Have an aptitude for technology and technical problems
Successful candidates must be available to work between 8am - 9pm Monday Friday and 8am - 8pm Saturday and Sunday. You will be contract to 40 hours a week and must be fully flexible to work any of these hours.
