Inbound Customer Service Advisor

NRG are looking for Ambitious, Inspirational, Motivated, Passionate and Creative Candidates who are Purely Customer Focused!

Monday - Sunday between 7.00am - 11.00pm (40 hours per week)

Temp role start dates 19th March & 3rd April 2018

£7.83 per hour

Location: Middlesbrough


We are looking for a number of individuals to bring energy and a positive, can do attitude to the work place. Your experience may have been gained in any sector but most importantly you will be able to demonstrate success and build a rapport with customers. To be successful in this role you will be required to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional listening skills and the ability to provide a first class customer service.

Required by you:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a smooth customer journey
  • Demonstrate a positive and responsive attitude to all calls from customers
  • Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Achieve personal and team targets
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures
