Inbound Customer Service Advisor

Do you have experience working in a call centre environment? Are you confident, enthusiastic and self motived?

Location: Lenton

Salary: £15,200 per annum with the ability to earn uncapped commission on sales (OTE Expected £22k min).

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 4pm

Key duties include:

  • Taking orders from customers on the telephone
  • Cross selling relative products where applicable

Skills / Experience / Attributes
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Minimum of 1 years experience of working in a call centre environment
  • Have the ability to work to targets
  • Have experience of business to consumer sales
  • Have an outgoing personality, be committed, enthusiastic and be self motivated
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively
  • You must have an excellent telephone manner and caring attitude
