Inbound Customer Service Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Advisor's to work in Chandlers Ford.

You must have previous experience in a customer facing environment (either over the phone or face to face) the company are rapidly growing and there is chance of progression within the company.

Full training will be given.

The position is temporary with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.

Full time - 40 hours per week.

Working hours are between 8am - 8pm (Monday to Friday) and 8am - 5pm (Saturday and Sunday), you will be required to work every other weekend. You will need to be flexible in regards to working hours.

Hourly rate is £8.45

Responsibilities:
* Answering inbound calls
* You are the first point of contact for customers
* Resolving any issues
* Answer any questions and resolve complaints
* Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
* You must be professional with an excellent telephone manner
* Strong communication skills
* Understand customer needs
