Inbound Customer Service Advisor - Inbound Call Centre

Bredbury / Stockport

£16,500 Full Time + £250 per month bonus

We are looking confident out going people for an Inbound Customer Service Advisor role in one of the leading call centres in the Manchester area. The Customer Service Advisor role is 100% inbound Customer Service with NO SALES TARGETS.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be taking calls from existing customers and helping them to resolve any queries and issues they have with their internet and telephone account. Calls typically last between 20 and 40 mins - so we are looking for people with excellent customer service and communication skills with a minimum of 6 months experience gained within a customer orientated environment .

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £16,500 per year (£7.95 per hour equivalent)

Hours: A rotational shift covering weekdays and weekends between 7am and11pm.

Call centre experience is not essential for this job. We are looking to speak with people who have worked in a customer facing job and enjoy giving excellent levels of customer service.
