Office Angels have a fantastic opportunity for an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join our client on a temporary on-going basis. Based in Gosforth this role is to start immediately.
The hours of work are 9am-5pm Monday - Friday.
Details of this role include but not limited to:
- Answering calls from customers and dealing with queries
- Providing information regarding services and customer accounts
- Inputting confidential information onto an in-house system
- Handling complaints effectively
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Effective problem-solving
- Great attention to detail
