Inbound Customer Service Advisor

Office Angels have a fantastic opportunity for an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join our client on a temporary on-going basis. Based in Gosforth this role is to start immediately.

The hours of work are 9am-5pm Monday - Friday.

Details of this role include but not limited to:

  • Answering calls from customers and dealing with queries
  • Providing information regarding services and customer accounts
  • Inputting confidential information onto an in-house system
  • Handling complaints effectively

Knowledge/Skills required:

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving
  • Great attention to detail

Successful candidates will hear from Office Angels within 5 working days of their application.
