INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
Unico Recruitment are delighted to be working with a global distributor who deliver a first class service for some well-known companies.
They are currently looking to recruit a Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join their team to manage a number of allocated accounts.
·To answer incoming customer calls
·Answer and customer queries/questions (with full training)
·Day to day contact with customers
·General administrative duties
·Excellent attention to detail
·Confident telephone manner
·Great communication skills, both written and verbal
·Rotating shift pattern Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30, 09:00 - 17:30 or 09:30 - 18:00
