Inbound Customer Service Advisor: Temporary to Permanent

Customer Service Advisor - No sales

To be successful in this role you will be required to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to provide a first class customer service.


12 week temp then perm

Duties to include:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a smooth customer journey

  • Demonstrate a positive and responsive attitude to all calls from customers

  • All calls are inbound regarding customer banking needs

Required by you:

  • A 'can do’ attitude

  • Solid Customer service experience

  • Energy and creative flair

  • Building rapport with all customers

Work patterns will be based on 37 hour per week, between Monday - Friday 7.00am 10.00pm and occasional weekends.

Salary is £16,000 plus potential bonus
