The Role;

  • Answering inbound calls and building a rapport with the customer
  • To sell various insurance policies
  • Maximise sales opportunities including cross-selling and up-selling
  • Identify and respond to the needs of customers, resolving queries where possible
  • Respond to changing priorities and achieve tasks quickly and efficiently

About You;

  • Sales or Outbound Customer Service experience
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Computer literate
  • Looking to learn something new
