Inbound Customer Retail Advisor

North Manchester

38.75 hours a week (fully flexible between 8am 9pm)

Salary: £7.00 - £10.00 p/h

Responsibilities of the Inbound Call Centre Advisor / Inbound Call Centre Agent

  • Handle inbound sales calls from existing customers
  • Building great rapport with all customers
  • Manage the expectation of the customers
  • Assess and screen potential clients
  • Enter new customer information into system and update existing customer information
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary


Requirements of the Contact Centre Advisor / Call Centre Agent

  • Experience in a targeted sales/ customer service role is essential
  • Excellent phone presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational negotiating skills
  • Reliable and flexible
