Hours: Inbound Customer Advisor - Full time/Part time, Our client is looking for Inbound Customer Advisor who are fully flexible to do any shifts that the business needs.
Salary: Inbound Customer Advisor- £16,000 pro rata, after 3 months goes upto £16,250 with £100 bonus each month.
Our client, UK’s well known outsourcing specialists, is looking for Inbound Customer Advisor Acting on behalf of a wide variety of clients they manage inbound calls as part of their outsourced advisor team allowing their in-house receptionist to concentrate on face to face roles within the business.
Inbound Customer Advisors are expected to manage a high volume of inbound calls in an empathetic and professional manner. Calls are either transferred via our in-house switchboard software or an accurate message is taken and sent in real-time direct to the client.
Inbound Customer Advisor - Responsibilities
•Answering a high volume of calls
•Recording call information accurately
•Sending all call messages to the client in a timely manner
•Handling each call in a professional manner Attributes
•Professional telephone manner with excellent spoken and written English skills
•A keen eye for detail and taking a pride in any work produced
•Reliability and GOOD time-keeping
•Must have previous experience of working as a Customer Advisor/ switchboard operator or working in care industry.
