You will be dealing with customers who had had issues with their mortgage accounts in the past and providing solutions using a combination of quick thinking and comprehensive product knowledge. Attention to detail will be key as 100% quality is achieved as all cases are FCA reportable. This role involves working as part of a team, communicating with both customers and brokers. You will need to be able to use your own initiative and be an organised individual who can investigate queries thoroughly. Your core purpose is to effectively deal with every query that comes your way and maximise customer satisfaction consistently.

• 35 average hours per week
• Full time equivalent-shift hours between 8am – 6 pm Mon - Fri (NO WEEKEND and BANK HOLIDAY WORK)

You must have customer service experience gained in either banking, retail or other service environment
