To be successful for this role, you really need to be technically proficient developing logic using Chordiant Decision Management for either inbound or outbound marketing activity.
The business you will be joining is a major corporate, and you will specifically be supporting the Enterprise segment of the business, focusing on small business customers, driving upgrade and cross sell logic.
You will join a team of 4 within this specific unit, split between consumer and enterprise customers. The roadmap for learning and development within this role will be aligned with the company's 12 month roadmap, as they look to migrate from Chordiant onto Pega. With this, full training and certification will be provided.
In role, you will manage and prioritise the roadmap and workload, working with colleagues in other data and analytics teams to develop robust plans to improve the intelligent targeting of offers to customers - this will be an inbound role, specifically looking a next best action and a real-time logic engine.
You will also ensure that change and management of the rules is delivered to a high quality level with minimal business disruption.
This company can offer a flexible role with the opportunity to work from home, from London or from their Berkshire offices. However please note, if you do select to work from their London site, you will be expected to commute to their Berkshire offices a couple of times a week at least.

Role: Inbound Campaign Developer - Chordiant
Base Salary; 50,000-£65,000
Benefits: 5% on target bonus, pension, medical, life assurance, various discounts on things like phones for yourself, family members, etc. and 28 days holiday
Location: London or Newbury (will need to travel to Newbury a couple of days a week if choosing to be London based)

- Expert experience in developing logic with Chordiant Decision Management 6.3 or 6.4
- Proficiency in SQL, manipulating data from large data warehouses
- Knowledge of web integration / API's
Alongside these will be these business skills:
- Experience working in a marketing related data team, working on either inbound or outbound campaign selections or decision logic engines
- Be able to balance the technical with business stakeholder skills - working with marketing and commercial teams to understand their needs and translate those into technical actions which improve the results gained from next best marketing actions
