We are recruiting for an Inbound Call Handler on behalf of our client based in South Birmingham.

Duties and Responsibilities of an Inbound Call Handler

  • Manage inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customer needs
  • Build rapport with customers
  • Updating customer information
  • Meet targets and KPIs
  • Verify customer details
  • Effectively communicate with customers

Details of an Inbound Call Handler

  • Location: South Birmingham
  • Pay: £10.25 per hour
  • Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Temp to perm

Skill and Experience of an Inbound Call Handler

  • Previous experience within Customer Service
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • PC literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Effective time management skills
  • The ability to multi-task
