We have partnered with a well-known client from their state of the art call centre operation in Birchwood Park near Warrington, they are a well-known forward-thinking business, are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors due to company expansion and a new contract win with a leading telecoms provider. These new excellent roles will give you the perfect opportunity to join this brand and to provide you with a great platform for further development through the business.
As this contract grows there will be more exciting options open to the best Customer Service Advisors out there. It will give a real chance for those looking to progress to team leader positions.
This new challenging role will provide excellent service to the companies customers whilst managing their enquiries and needs. The day to day responsibilities will be taking inbound calls from the company's customer base whilst being compliant with the companies frameworks and delivering the best customer service possible in a friendly and knowledgeable matter.
