We are looking for a number of Inbound Customer Service Advisers for our client based in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established, high profile company in the mortgage department.

The expected start date will be March 2019.

You will be the first, and often only, point of contact for customer calling regarding their mortgage, providing an excellent level of customer service that exceeds expectations and in doing so reduces the need to transfer calls. Putting each customer at the heart of everything you do by demonstrating a genuine interest in their current needs and future aspirations. Proactively seeking opportunities to offer customers additional products and services that will develop and add further depth to their relationship with the business.

Applicants must have previous customer service experience, either face to face or telephony based, with the ability to work to targets and KPI's. Applicants should demonstrate they can put the customer first, fulfil their needs and leaving the customer happy.

Working an average of 35 hours per week, the hours of work will be between 07.00 and 23.00, some Saturday work will be required.

The hourly pay rate is £9.63, paid weekly. Once you have been in the role for 12 weeks you will be eligible for performance related yearly bonus.
