Inbound Call Centre Advisors Immediate Start
4 months fixed term contract possibility of permanent
Salary £13,750 pro rata
Hours 11 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday
Benefits include, free parking, 23 days' holidays pro rata increasing with service plus bank holidays etc.
Inbound Call Centre Advisors with customer service experience required to join the first response team for an established legal firm with over 200 members of staff great opportunity to join a substantial and progressive firm of solicitors. You will need to have previous call centre experience training to deal with first response call etc. will be given. Customer Service Advisors
You will need to have a minimum of 6 months call centre experience.
Dealing with inbound calls with a variety of customer service related enquiries.
Query handling in response to customer requests with the support of clear information providing professional customer services (training provided)
Inputting information onto the in-house system
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Professional attitude and telephone manner
IT skills needed
Easy commute: Haydock, Wigan, Ormskirk, Skelmersdale, St Helens, Maghull, Warrington, Liverpool, Merseyside, Lancashire and Manchester.
