Customer Service Agent - £8.20 per hour 28 days holiday per year

We need focused and determined candidates to call people who are requesting care or someone has requested help on their behalf. You will also be chasing additional information and updating the details onto the inhouse systems.
The main qualities we are looking for in this role are:
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow processes and policies.
- Able to manage your time effectively.
You will be working in an open plan office with an on site restaurant and break facilities.
After 12 weeks you have a good chance of going permanent, with no further interview needed. When permanent, you will also be given 28 days holiday including bank holidays and career progression will be available to those who wish to further themselves within the company.
