Inbound and Outbound Customer Sales Advisor

Revive Recruitment, Chester are supporting an expanding business with their permanent recruitment of a Permanent Customer Sales Advisor.

POSITION: Customer Sales Advisor

SALARY: £17,500 per annum plus 3k bonus

LOCATION: Tattenhall, Chester

HOURS: 9.00am - 7.00pm Monday to Thursday (till 6.00 pm Friday) on a shift rota basis

The position will consist of:

• Answering inbound and making outbound calls in a timely manner

• Identify opportunities through building rapport with the customer and provide the relevant products/services.

• Gain and confirm customer information.

• Provide excellent levels of customer service and build lasting relationships.

• Record details of actions taken. • To attend staff training & meetings as required.

• Meet personal and team targets.

Skills and Experience required to apply:

• Excellent customer service skills.

• No call centre experience necessary as full training will be provided.

• Attention to detail.

• A great team player.

• A desire to show initiative.

• Due to location a full driving license is required.
