A high profile business based in Bury is currently recruiting due to continued growth within their customer service division.
Due to this expansion and continuous growth in the company - they are seeking experienced customer service advisors who are ambitious, professional and experienced in delivering high class customer service.
Person Specification & Experience Required:
*Previous experience in a phone based customer service environment
*Experience of working towards targets
*Very service motivated and a self starter
*Keen to work as part of team but also to aim for individual targets
*Comfortable managing inbound and making outbound calls to customers
The Job Role:
*Speaking to existing customers who already have a product with my client
*Managing inbound calls from customers to discuss the product
*Making outbound calls to customers who have requested a call back or made an enquiry on the website
*Calling customers who have been passed internally from other department within the business
*Creating call backs for colleagues and ensuring these call backs are followed up
*Delivering 100% quality service on every call
*NO COLD CALLING
