Inbound Customer Service Advisor
Full Time Monday - Sunday between 8am - 10pm

The Role of an inbound customer service advisor
-Taking inbound calls from the clients' customers
-You will mostly be speaking to customers that are looking to gain further information/services around their bank account
-Through an in-depth training program you will gain all of the product knowledge and skills to be able to advise customers on the best products for their personal needs and talk to them about their advantages and uses.
Experience required as an inbound customer service advisor
-No call centre experience needed
-Ability to manage multiple priorities
-You must be a highly driven and focussed individual who can operate in a fast paced and very dynamic environment.
-This role is 100% inbound
