£21,000 per annum
36 hours per week – may include weekend & evening shifts

We are looking to appoint a motivated and experienced Trainer who has the ability to deliver and facilitate a range of programmers and workshops from the Sanctuary Learning Academy. As part of your role, you will ensure that learning and development services are cost effective, meet high quality standards and agreed timescales and consistently meet and exceed customer expectations. You will provide high quality and effective coaching and mentoring for staff to develop and embed key skills and knowledge and will be a skilled facilitator of training within the Care Home.
Set in a civil parish in Hertfordshire, Hatfield Residential and Nursing Home is a stone’s throw from The Galleria Shopping centre and provides residential, dementia, nursing and palliative care to the home’s 118 residents. Click here for further information about the home.
Ideally you will be qualified or be willing to undertake QCF / NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. It is equally important to us that you are approachable, caring and compassionate.
