We are actively recruiting an In-House Sales Executive for a highly successful educational publisher to join their Higher Education department. This role will be based in the UK office.
The key purpose of this role will be to promote the organisation’s learning solutions and to follow up any activity within the agreed subject areas, within Higher Education Institutions in the sales territory, in order to maximise revenue and achieve sales goals. This will include going through all channels, including distributors, campus book shops and direct to institutions and academics.
You will act as the contact point for all customers and will, when required demonstrate and present all digital and technology solutions to academics, faculty and students.
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and articulate individual with great communication skills. Ideally, you will have proven experience of successful sales and/or selling digital and print products. Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills are essential for this role as is the ability to be highly motivated and organised. Experience of using a CRM database and product demos would be an advantage.
