Due to continued success and our strategic growth plans, based close to junction 33 of the M1 in our Grade A, state-of-the-art Head Office, we are looking to hire a driven In-House Recruitment Professional who can provide first class resourcing and talent support to our In-House Talent team in the identification and hiring of new employees, at all levels, across our multi-site organisation.

Your role will be to promote one of the recruitment industry's strongest employee propositions while identifying individuals that meet our core values, ambitions and professionalism.

In a fast-paced, encouraging and enterprising environment some of your key responsibilities while working closely with our Head of Talent and Senior Stakeholders will be to:

-Identify and source future employees for all roles within Elevation Recruitment Group covering Director and Manager level appointments through to Trainee Recruitment Consultants
-Utilise our strong online social media presence in the advertisement of our key vacancies while working closely with our specialist In-House Marketing team
-Directly Head-Hunt, telephone pre-screen and face to face interview prospective employees across all levels
-Promote and sell our Elevation Employee Proposition through all forms of online advertising, referral schemes, offline advertising and telephone interaction
-Longlist and shortlist candidates for key internal roles through face to face interviews ensuring close alignment to the Group's brand values and role criteria
-Identify and flag high achieving, targeted, future employees to our Senior Management Team on an ongoing, ad-hoc basis

What you will need:

-Previous experience within an in-house recruitment role is desirable but not essential
-Experience of sourcing, identifying and hiring key personnel within an organisation at all levels or previously as an agency Recruiter
-Highly organised and personable, strong communicator with excellent influencing skills
-Very professional, career driven and rigorous
