This is a great opportunity for an experienced Resourcing professional, who has operated as a Business Partner in a previous position, to step into a role that has plenty of potential to grow.
Covering maternity for 12 months, you will be integral to the success of the resourcing function, supporting head office functions across all roles and areas of expertise. Working autonomously, with opportunities to shape new ways of working, you will bring demonstrable experience of a proactive approach which ensures not only engaging the best talent but also minimising the time to hire and realising substantial cost saving.
