Starfish HR Ltd provides a range of outsourced recruitment and HR services to clients in the Hospitality, Retail and Professional Services sectors. This role is a new opportunity to work for a well-established hospitality company, with a long-standing and proud heritage of success in the East Midlands area.
The organisation has a friendly, traditional, family-orientated culture. This role is a great opportunity to work as part of a busy and close HR team, supporting the Operations team by managing the end to end recruitment process for multiple sites. In addition to being pro-active and sourcing high calibre candidates, duties will include maintaining a candidate database, attending industry events and organising all the administrative aspects of the process, including helping with screening, interviews, due diligence, business planning, site visits and induction training for successful applicants.
Skills and experience required ideally include previous experience of working in a recruitment-related role, and/or knowledge of the hospitality industry, events management, PR or a similar environment. A willingness to work in a flexible role is key, along with a professional approach, energy and enthusiasm and strong team working skills. This would be a really interesting and varied opportunity for an experienced candidate who is looking for a fresh challenge, and the chance to do something different.
