In-House Recruitment Advisor

New opportunity for a full-time In-House Recruitment Advisor for a well-known organisation in Dartford. This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of being extended to a permanent position. This position offers an annual salary of £35,000-£40,000 plus benefits, including onsite parking and 28 days annual leave. You will report to the Recruitment Manager and assist with the whole recruitment process.

This role would either suit someone from an internal recruitment background or someone who works within the recruitment industry and is looking to transfer to an in-house recruitment position.

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Supporting all aspects of the recruitment process including partnering with recruiters, hiring managers and team members
- Sourcing, attracting, assessing and recruiting the right candidates who can add value to the business in compliance with current UK employment law
- Carrying out pre-employment checks and confirming eligibility to work
- Coordinating recruitment events such as interview days
- Supporting interviewers with interview training
- Corresponding with candidates clients to discuss interview feedback
- Making offers and negotiating salaries with agencies and direct candidate
The role will also involve working with the HR Manager to ensure the HR Department continues to be a high performing function and employee engagement continues to thrive.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in recruitment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An ability to target candidates directly
- Demonstrable knowledge of current UK Employment Laws
- Strong problem-solving skills and a tenacious attitude
