You will work across Stoke and Stafford across a team of Case Managers who are responsible for giving ex-offenders a good grounding in areas such as housing, money advice, and employment support. Once they are in a good place to start looking for work, this is where you come in. You will spend half of your time working with your caseload to create CVs, search for vacancies, write cover letters and prepare for interviews. The rest of the time you will be speaking to local employers to discuss the clients you work with and hopefully broker them into positions with local employers (all at no cost to local employers, as this is a government funded project)
