In-house recruiter

I am recruiting for a full-time In-House Recruiter position for a logistics organisation in the Chessington area. This is a 6-month contract with a 9-5 working day, an annual salary of £30,000 and onsite parking. You will report to the Recruitment Manager.

In this role the main focus will be on recruitment but it will also require an element of general HR duties. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting all aspects of the recruitment process including partnering with recruiters, hiring managers and team members
- Carrying out pre-employment checks and confirming eligibility to work
- Coordinating recruitment events such as interview days
- Supporting interviewers with interview training
- Corresponding with candidates clients to discuss interview feedback
- Making offers and negotiating salaries with agencies and direct candidate

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in recruitment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An ability to target candidates directly

This role would suit someone who works within the recruitment industry and is looking to transfer to an In-House recruiter position.
